Day 1: Sapa Adventure

Good morning, everyone! Today, we embark on an exciting journey to the breathtaking landscapes of Sapa. Get ready for a day filled with cultural immersion and natural beauty.

Morning: We will start our day by picking you up from the vibrant Old Quarter and setting off towards Sapa. The drive will take approximately 6 hours, but fret not, as the scenic views along the way will make the time fly by. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey.

Upon our arrival in Sapa, we will head to a cozy hotel where a delicious lunch awaits us. Take your time to savor the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine and recharge for the adventures ahead.

Afternoon: Once everyone is fueled up, we will begin our trekking adventure. Our first destination is Y Linh Ho village, situated about 6 kilometers southeast of Sapa. As we walk along the slopes of Muong Hoa valley, immerse yourself in the stunning natural surroundings and breathe in the fresh mountain air. This part of the journey will introduce us to the Black H’mong ethnic group and their vibrant culture.

Continuing our trek, we will make our way to Lao Chai village, home to the H’mong people. This 3-kilometer stretch offers a unique glimpse into their daily lives and traditions. The picturesque landscapes and terraced rice fields will leave you in awe.

Finally, we will arrive at Ta Van village, a charming commune located 8 kilometers from Sapa’s center. This area is a melting pot of ethnic groups, including the Day and Mong communities. Prepare for a warm welcome as we check-in at a homestay, where you will have the opportunity to experience local hospitality firsthand.

To enrich our cultural experience, a cooking class awaits us. Learn the art of making traditional Vietnamese spring rolls, a culinary delight. Afterward, take some time to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner featuring local dishes. Engage in conversations with your hosts and fellow travelers, immersing yourself in the local culture.

As the day comes to a close, retreat to the cozy comfort of the Sapa Homestay for a well-deserved rest. Tomorrow, we continue our adventure exploring more of this enchanting region.

Day 2: Sapa Exploration

Morning: Start your day by waking up to the serene surroundings of the Sapa Homestay. Enjoy a delicious breakfast that will fuel you for the day’s adventures.

After breakfast, we will embark on a scenic trek to explore two captivating villages of the Red Dao ethnic group: Giang Ta Chai Village and Supan Village. These villages are nestled amidst stunning natural landscapes and offer a glimpse into the unique traditions and customs of the Red Dao people.

As we walk through Giang Ta Chai village, be captivated by its charm and allure. This village has become a favorite destination for travelers due to its picturesque scenery and the warm hospitality of its residents.

Continuing our journey, we will make our way to Supan village, where we will have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the vibrant traditions and customs of the Red Dao community. Experience the rich cultural heritage as we interact with the locals and gain insights into their way of life.

After our exploration, we will take a moment to rest and enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Indulge in the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine while reflecting on the remarkable experiences of the day.

Afternoon: In the afternoon, we will bid farewell to the villages and head back to Sapa town. A comfortable car will be waiting for us, ready to transport us back to Hanoi.
